Meet Debbie Brosnan: Food, Travel & Connection

For Foodie Loving Midlife Women

This is For You

Hi Reader,

I have been connecting with my fellow Konenki providers. In previous newsletters I have introduced specialists from herbalists to a nurse practitioner who does hair, tissue and mineral analysis.

These women are varied in terms of their area of expertise, but we all support women in midlife. This week I want to introduce you to Debbie Brosnan who is the owner and founder of The Effortless Kitchen.

I’m a big foodie and love to cook, so I’m excited to connect you with Debbie who can uplevel your kitchen skills and make it fun.

Debbie Brosnan is a cookbook author, private cooking instructor, and culinary travel leader who believes that food and travel can bring more joy, connection, and curiosity into our lives. A lifelong food lover and passionate traveler, Debbie leads small group culinary journeys throughout Europe and beyond, creating experiences that go far beyond checking destinations off a list. Her trips combine local food, cooking, markets, wine, culture, and plenty of time to explore and enjoy being somewhere new. While her groups welcome everyone, they have become a particularly welcoming way for women traveling solo to experience the freedom of traveling on their own while having the companionship of a group and to make meaningful connections along the way.

Back home, Debbie brings that same philosophy to the kitchen through private cooking coaching and her two Amazon bestselling cookbooks, The Effortless Kitchen Cookbook Volumes 1 and 2.

She teaches home cooks how to prepare healthy, delicious weeknight meals using simple recipes and practical techniques that make cooking feel approachable.

Whether she's helping someone become more confident in the kitchen or leading a group through a food-filled adventure abroad, Debbie believes that taking care of yourself should include both nourishing food and making time for experiences that bring you joy.

If any of this sounds intriguing to you, connect with Debbie at https://www.theeffortlesskitchen.com and follow her on IG at https://www.instagram.com/theeffortlesskitchenbydebbie/

Many blessings to you for abundant health, happiness and wellbeing ~

Hi! I'm Sharon

I'm an online strength and conditioning coach for women who are menopausal and beyond. My mission is to help menopausal through post menopausal women optimize their metabolic health and implement strength training so they can thrive and maintain their independence. Using a combination of nutrition, exercise, habit change, biohacking and mindset tools, menopause becomes a time of positive transformation, energy and growth. I have over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, a B.S in Physical Education, certifications in: nutrition [Precision Nutrition], Wellcoaches, Pilates, Yoga and Digestive Wellness. I chose the name kuhlebody for my health and fitness coaching practice because the word "Kuhle" comes from the African Zulu language which means, "Good, fine and beautiful." Menopause is every woman's opportunity to become KUHLE.

I work with many people who prefer working out at home because it’s convenient and you don’t need much at the beginning. Over time, you can always add on as your needs, confidence and strength grows. When people think of gym equipment, they...

28 Days of Fascia Work: What Actually Changed? Hi Reader, Twenty-eight days ago, I embarked on a program created by a health and wellness company called Human Garage. They offer a number of courses, but their 28-Day Fascia Reset is an introduction to how their system works. I’d been dealing with plantar fasciitis on and off for the past year, along with some tightness in my left hip, and I was curious to see whether the program would help. I used to do a lot of yoga and Pilates, so being a...

Where Could You Be 12 Weeks From Now? Hi Reader, I have a question for you. Where would you like to be by the end of this year when it comes to your strength, fitness and consistency? Because October through December can go one of two ways. It's a time of year when schedules get busier, holidays arrive, routines change and the commitments we make to ourselves can very easily get pushed aside. Or...you can go into the season with a plan. That's one of the reasons I'm excited to announce that...
