Missed the menopause weight talk? Here's the replay 🌿

Last Week's Webinar Replay in Case You Missed it

Hi Reader,

Last week I had the joy of joining Konenki Menopause Solutions for a live conversation on something I know sits heavy on so many hearts: "menopause and weight change."

If you couldn't make it live, I didn't want you to miss out.

So I saved you a seat. đź’Ś

👉 Watch the replay HERE.

What we talked about:

This wasn't a lecture about willpower or another "eat less, move more" pep talk. (You've heard enough of those, haven't you?)

Instead, we dug into what's *actually* happening in the midlife body — and why the old rules stop working right when we need them most.

A few of the things we explored:

âś… Why the scale can shift in midlife even when nothing about your eating has changed

âś… How shifting hormones reshape where and how we hold weight

âś… Why strength and muscle matter more now than at any point in your life

âś… The gentler, smarter approach that actually works with your body instead of against it

"A little heart-to-heart"

Here's what I want you to take from this:

  1. The changes you're feeling aren't a personal failing.

2. They're not proof that you've "let yourself go."

3. Your body is recalibrating — and once you understand what it needs, you can work "with" it instead of fighting it. That shift changes everything.

4. Strength is still yours to build. At any age. Right from where you are today. đź’Ş

I hope the replay gives you a little clarity, and maybe a little relief too. You deserve both. 🌸

Here's to growing stronger, together,

P.S. Know a friend who's been quietly frustrated with midlife weight changes? Forward this to her — the replay might be exactly the reassurance she needs this week. 🌸

Many blessings to you for abundant health, happiness and wellbeing ~

Strong and Beautiful in Midlife!

Hi! I'm Sharon

I'm an online strength and conditioning coach for women who are menopausal and beyond. My mission is to help menopausal through post menopausal women optimize their metabolic health and implement strength training so they can thrive and maintain their independence. Using a combination of nutrition, exercise, habit change, biohacking and mindset tools, menopause becomes a time of positive transformation, energy and growth. I have over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, a B.S in Physical Education, certifications in: nutrition [Precision Nutrition], Wellcoaches, Pilates, Yoga and Digestive Wellness. I chose the name kuhlebody for my health and fitness coaching practice because the word "Kuhle" comes from the African Zulu language which means, "Good, fine and beautiful." Menopause is every woman's opportunity to become KUHLE.

Hi Reader, When I was a sophomore in college, I worked at a gym on the weekends to make extra money. It was located in a stripmall area called Caesar’s Bay Bazar right off a major highway in Brooklyn with a large parking lot that was always packed. There was a really good diner that served healthy food that I liked called “Circles”, a flea market, and a small amusement park for children called Nellie Blye. The neighborhood was Bath Beach, Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, and predominantly Italian. I’m...

Hi Reader, One of the most common things I hear from the women I work with is: "I never had insulin resistance in my thirties." Or... "My cholesterol suddenly went up." "My blood sugar isn't what it used to be." If you've ever wondered why so many of these changes seem to happen around the same time, the answer usually isn't just one number on a blood test. It's something much bigger: your metabolic health. One of the things I love most about what I do is getting to know the women I work with...

Why I Chose to Coach Women Through Menopause—and Beyond Hi Reader, Most fitness coaches choose a niche because it's good for business. That isn't my story. For more than 30 years, I've coached people of all ages and fitness levels. I loved helping my fitness students get stronger, move better, and build confidence in their bodies. But over time, I noticed something changing. More and more women in their 40s, 50s and beyond were telling me the same things: "I'm doing everything I used to do,...
