Where Could You Be 12 Weeks From Now? Hi Reader, I have a question for you. Where would you like to be by the end of this year when it comes to your strength, fitness and consistency? Because October through December can go one of two ways. It's a time of year when schedules get busier, holidays arrive, routines change and the commitments we make to ourselves can very easily get pushed aside. Or...you can go into the season with a plan. That's one of the reasons I'm excited to announce that the next StrongHer in Midlife Foundations 12-Week Online Group Coaching Program begins October 5th. I created StrongHer for women in midlife and beyond who know strength training matters, but want more structure, direction and accountability around actually doing it consistently. Over 12 weeks, I'll coach you through a progressive strength and conditioning program designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and establish habits that can continue well beyond our time together. You'll have a structured weekly training plan, online group coaching, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and something I think makes an enormous difference: Accountability. Because knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things. Instead of reaching January feeling like it's time to "start over," imagine reaching the end of December knowing you've already spent the previous 12 weeks getting stronger, building consistency and creating momentum. Those 12 weeks are going to pass anyway. If you're curious about StrongHer and wondering whether it might be right for you, the first step is a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call with me. We'll talk about where you are now, what you'd like to accomplish, and I'll walk you through how StrongHer works and answer your questions. Then we can determine whether the program — and working together — is the right fit. BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY 30-MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL We begin October 5th. Many blessings to you for abundant health, happiness and wellbeing ~ Strong and Beautiful in Midlife! I'm an online strength and conditioning coach for women who are menopausal and beyond. My mission is to help menopausal through post menopausal women optimize their metabolic health and implement strength training so they can thrive and maintain their independence. Using a combination of nutrition, exercise, habit change, biohacking and mindset tools, menopause becomes a time of positive transformation, energy and growth. I have over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, a B.S in Physical Education, certifications in: nutrition [Precision Nutrition], Wellcoaches, Pilates, Yoga and Digestive Wellness. I chose the name kuhlebody for my health and fitness coaching practice because the word "Kuhle" comes from the African Zulu language which means, "Good, fine and beautiful." Menopause is every woman's opportunity to become KUHLE.

These women are varied in terms of their area of expertise, but we all support women in midlife. This week I want to introduce you to Debbie Brosnan who is the owner and founder of The Effortless Kitchen. I’m a big foodie and love to cook, so...
28 Days of Fascia Work: What Actually Changed? Hi Reader, Twenty-eight days ago, I embarked on a program created by a health and wellness company called Human Garage. They offer a number of courses, but their 28-Day Fascia Reset is an introduction to how their system works. I’d been dealing with plantar fasciitis on and off for the past year, along with some tightness in my left hip, and I was curious to see whether the program would help. I used to do a lot of yoga and Pilates, so being a...
